Marco Polo Motel Mackay accepts Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express. A 2.6% surcharge applies to American Express and a 1.9% surcharge applies to all other credit card transactions. Flexible Rate reservations require a credit card to secure the reservation only and will not be charged until time of arrival. Pre-paid, non-refundable rates require a credit card for full pre-payment at time of reservation. The Hotel Reception will be required to process a pre-authorisation of $50.00 on this card at time of arrival for bond and incidental items per Hotel policy and procedures. This pre-authorisation will be held between the bank and the hotel until such time as settlement by the same card occurs and/or per the cardholder’s financial institution policy. A $100.00 cash bond per night maybe accepted in place of a credit card at management's discretion. The bond is to be held by the hotel until check-out and returned to the guest unless there is a breach of any of the below:

48 hour Cancellation Policy - otherwise Full Stay Charged
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of date of arrival = Full Stay Charged
- Bookings cancelled greater than 48 hours of date of arrival = No Penalty

Please note: Credit cards will be charged 48 for hours prior to arrival. Failure to have sufficient funds will result in your booking being cancelled
