PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment due at time of booking. There is a cleaning fee of $500. Credit Card Fees apply - 2.4% Visa/Mastercard & 4.2% Amex. Security bond required: $1000 refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 8+ days prior to arrival - 50% of booking value. 7 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. Changes & No Shows are treated as cancellations. OTHER TERMS: This operator has a strict no party policy. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
