It is close to Balancing Heart, Pyramids Road Wines and many other excellent Wineries and attractions. Nestled on a 74 Acre working hobby farm with plenty of walking tracks. The cottage is a carefully renovated half Century old historic farm cottage with lots of character. It is surrounded by natural bushland.
The property includes paddocks, bushland, granite outcrops and tracks for walking. The elevation varies between 820m and 1050m above sea level.
Perfect for couples or families seeking privacy, nature and a region to explore. With over 60 wineries in the Granite Belt region available and Girraween National Park with over 45km of walking tracks practically next door.

At Martali Cottage, we strive to provide excellent service and flexibility to our valued guests. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we have designed our cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Deadlines:
Guests must cancel their reservation at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees:
If a reservation is cancelled within the cancellation deadline of 7 calendar days, cancellation fees will be charged. The full booking cost will be charged.
For any bookings, if a guest decides to check out earlier than originally planned, no refunds will be provided for the remaining night(s). The guest will be responsible for the full payment of the originally booked duration.
Refunds:
If a reservation is cancelled before the cancellation deadline of 7 calendar days, no cancellation fees will be charged and the booking will be refunded.
Payments:
All payments require a Valid Credit Card with sufficient available funds.
Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in the room price. However, if the Cottage or its inclusions, such as the BBQ, the oven, any room or other, are left in an excessive dirty state and additional cleaning is required, an additional charge of $150 will be added to the booking credit card.
Smoking:
Smoking anywhere inside the Cottage is not permitted. Infringements will incur an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Damages:
Any damage to the property, breakage of/missing glasses, crockery or utensils etc will incur a replacement/repair cost charged to the booking credit card.
Keys:
The keys are to be put back in the lock box upon departure. Two house keys are provided to guests upon arrival. Any missing keys will be replaced and charged to the credit card at a cost of $75 per missing key.
Visitors:
No overnight visitors are permitted due to fire, health and safety regulations.
Management reserves the right to remove any visitors that are in breach of house rules and regulations.
BBQ meat pack and Grazing pack (for 2 or 4 people):
BBQ meat and Grazing packs (for 2 or 4 people) can be ordered when making the booking. The procurement, transport, handling and storage at the premises of the provided food packs, complies with the requirements of Safe Food Queensland (www.safefood.qld.gov.au) regarding:
* handling or transporting smallgoods or a rendered product after it leaves the premises where it has been processed;
* retail sale of pre-packaged meat, if the product is sold unopened;
The provided products are procured and packaged at licensed and accredited businesses.
Firewood:
Sufficient firewood for the duration of the stay will be provided free of charge. Any additional firewood required can be supplied at a cost of $20 per bag.
House Rules:
A breach of any House Rule may result in the termination of the remainder of the booking.
