We are only four kilometres from the city centre, ideally located for exploring the wonders the region has to offer. Our accommodation is modern and spacious with a choice of either one, two three or four bedrooms. Make Lilacs your home away from home in Albany.

There are four Villas and six Cottages, comprising of one, two and three bedrooms.
Each are fully self contained; great for families, some sleeping up to eight people.

There is a playground for the kids, BBQ's to cook outside and picnic tables so you can enjoy the views over dinner or a glass of local wine

The property is absolute waterfront as are some of our villas and cottages. Please note all our villas & cottages are non smoking. No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Apart from Peak periods - Cancellation equals first nights accommodation cost. Easter Christmas New Year Public holidays and long weekends NO refunds on cancellations.

Late checkout - if guests have not made prior arrangement and check out is more than an hour after 10am a fee of $50 applies.
If no contact is made by 12 noon on the day of departure guest maybe charged the full rate of that nights accommodation.
