Cancellation by the Customer: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: - Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time can be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability. - Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the tour departure time will incur a 20% fee. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour is not permitted.

Cancellation by Beyond The Blacktop Adventure Tours: - If Beyond The Blacktop Adventure Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or vehicle issues), customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

No-shows: - No refunds will be given for no-shows on the day of the tour.
