PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 25% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 31+ days prior to arrival - full refund. 30 days or less prior to arrival - 100% loss of booking value. Changes & No Shows are treated as cancellations.
